Oh dear....It's really difficult getting into work-mode when the kids are on school holidays. There are a million and one things I would rather do with my 2 boys – go swimming, catch butterflies, cuddle up in bed and watch a video.... but a lot of my cake bookings are made 2 weeks ahead. So I guess I can't escape. : P

I just bought a new ice-cream/sorbet maker... and that's another source of distraction for me at the moment. There are so many new flavours I want to try out! So far I've made Passionfruit & Orange, Jackfruit, Rambutan, Peaches & Cream, Strawberry & Cream.... My freezer is crammed full with tubs of ice cream!

Guess I'll definitely need to put in loads of payback-time on the treadmill very soon. LOL
